CGI has over 8000 SAFe certified practitioners actively working for clients operating in the SAFe framework. When the COVID-19 virus shut down our economies to travel, CGI was one of the first to help our clients run virtual PI planning sessions. We immediately began collecting reports and feedback from our members for our own internal learning.

In this webinar we share best practices from five SAFe implementers who were directly involved in these virtual PI planning sessions and I&A workshops. Speakers discuss the tools they used, how they handled different aspects of the PI Planning meeting agenda, and their overall impression of the remote meeting format.
