David has over 25 years of experience in the financial and healthcare services industry and has provided guidance and direction to department leaders and teams that support a variety of functions such as claims processing, global project management and quality practices. Prior to joining CGI, David held the position of Operations Director at Cigna Healthcare where was responsible for new program development, continuous improvement initiatives, and implementation of quality standards and best practices for claims and call processing operations.
